Depending on the company you are working for, you will take on a wide range of tasks – from support activities to initial, responsible tasks based on your training. Strict compliance with safety and quality standards is a given.
Your profile
To get off to a successful start, you need the following:

Successfully completed vocational training (EFZ or EBA)

Motivation to learn new things and develop professionally

Team spirit, reliability and enjoyment of practical work

Good knowledge of German, ideally supplemented by knowledge of French or Italian

Depending on the profession, physical resilience and manual skills
