For our customer – an established industrial company in the Biel region, specializing in technical services and maintenance in the mobility sector – we are looking for a committed personality as immediately or by arrangement Dispatcher for technical customer service (80–100%) with development potential towards project management.

Job profile
- You plan and coordinate workshop and field service operations in the area technical customer service for rail vehicles.
- You record and control customer orders from A to Z, including billing.
- You act as a central interface between the workshop, logistics, customer service and internal departments.
- You monitor deadlines and resources for technical projects.
- You take on administrative tasks (AVOR, workshop papers, documentation, controlling).
- You represent team members within the dispatch department and support related areas such as: B. parts logistics.
Your profile

Completed basic technical training (e.g. automation engineer, polymechanic engineer, mechatronics engineer).

Additional further training in the commercial or business administration area (e.g. technical clerk, HF, TS).

Experience in Disposition, maintenance or project coordination an advantage.

Organizational talent, structured way of working and quality awareness.

Communicative, solution-oriented personality with team spirit.

Very good knowledge of German; French is a plus.

Category B driving license required.
