For our customer in the Biel region, we are looking for dedicated call agents (100%) for temporary assignments in the area of ​​customer service and sales with the option of permanent employment, either immediately or by arrangement.

job profile

• Telephone contact with new and existing customers (inbound/outbound)

• Advice on subscriptions, products and services

• Active sales closing with a focus on individual and team goals

• Identification of customer needs and targeted offer creation

• Answering queries and handling objections

• Documentation of sales activities and customer conversations in the CRM system

• Shift work possible depending on the company

Your profile

• Experience in sales or telephone customer contact is an advantage

• Strong communication skills in German; knowledge of French is an advantage

• Enjoyment of active sales and achieving measurable goals

• Convincing, positive demeanor and high service orientation

• Independent, structured and results-oriented way of working

• Confident use of the PC and common tools
