For our customer in Biel we are looking for an experienced Site Manager for Dismantling & Demolition (100%) for a permanent position. You will manage projects, coordinate employees and machines, and ensure that deadlines and budgets are met.
Job profile – Your tasks as a site manager for dismantling and demolition

They lead and coordinate dismantling and demolition projects.

You also plan the use of employees, machines and subcontractors.

You ensure that deadlines are met, budgets are controlled and quality standards are met.

You also implement safety, environmental and disposal regulations.
-
You also communicate with building owners, authorities and internal departments.

And you lead and motivate the construction site team.
Your profile – What you bring with you
-
You have completed training in the construction industry, for example as a construction foreman, technician (HF) or construction manager.
-
In addition, you have several years of experience in dismantling, demolition or civil engineering.

You are well versed in occupational safety, waste disposal and recycling.

You work independently, are solution-oriented and organized.

You are also a team player, enjoy leading and remain resilient even in stressful situations.

You speak German very well; knowledge of French is an advantage.

And you have a category B driving license.
